What the work involves
Dr Michaels Aibangbee is Senior Pastor of The Transformation Edge, a multicultural church in Western Sydney. The congregation gathers people of many cultures and languages, and celebrates that diversity as part of its life together.
His pastoral leadership brings faith, community care and justice together. The church walks with families through migration, settlement and the pressures of everyday life, and works with local organisations so that no one has to carry those pressures alone.
Sunday messages, prayer and teaching are shared through the church's own channels and the EdgedIn Network.
